Seller FAQ

Get the condition right

Only unused, unopened beauty counts here — dented boxes, damaged lids, short-dated stock, and gifts you never opened are exactly what this marketplace is for. Be upfront about the imperfection in your listing; buyers here are looking for a story, not a flaw to hide.

Photograph it properly

Use natural light and a plain background. Show the item from multiple angles, including any damage or imperfect packaging so there are no surprises. A clear photo of the product label helps buyers trust what they're getting.

Write an honest, detailed description

Say exactly what's wrong with the packaging (if anything), the size, the shade or scent, and why you're selling it. The more detail you include, the fewer questions you'll get post-listing — and the more likely a buyer is to commit.

Add the barcode

Every listing with a barcode automatically becomes eligible to appear on Google Shopping — completely free, unlike most other marketplaces. It's one of the easiest ways to get extra eyes on your listing with zero extra work.

Include batch code and expiry date

Especially for skincare and anything with a shelf life, a batch code or expiry date does a lot of work to build buyer confidence. It shows the product is fresh and gives buyers the information they'd want before purchasing.

Price it to sell

Minimum listing price is $2.95, so you'll never net a negative payout after commission. For anything under $10, set the buyer to pay shipping rather than baking it into your price — otherwise shipping can eat more than expected into a low-cost item.

Bundle where it makes sense

Bundles count as a single transaction, so you only pay the selling fee once instead of per item. If you've got a few related pieces (a full skincare set, several shades of the same product), listing them together can mean a better payout for you and a better deal for the buyer.

Keep listings accurate and complete

The more information you provide — condition, size, shade, batch code, barcode — the more trust you build with buyers before they even message you. Complete listings consistently outperform sparse ones.
