Pact Collective

Pact Collective is a nonprofit founded in 2021 to tackle one of beauty's hardest problems: packaging. Of the roughly 120 billion beauty packaging units produced each year, only a small fraction get recycled, since most are too small, flexible, or complex for curbside programs to handle. Pact brings the industry together to build real circular solutions through upcycling, downcycling, and other advanced recycling methods, backed by over 150 member brands and thousands of drop-off locations. Partnering with them means the packaging behind every sale has somewhere responsible to go.

Give n' Glow is a nonprofit founded in 2023 that gets beauty products into the hands of women rebuilding their lives, including those in shelters and transitional housing. The organization believes access to beauty products can be a genuine source of confidence and dignity, so it lets women choose the items that make them feel most like themselves. Give n' Glow has already donated over 160,000 products, sourced from brand partners and influencers with excess or unused inventory. Partnering with them means every sale on our marketplace helps extend that same sense of dignity to more women in need.

Project Glimmer is a national nonprofit, founded in 2010, dedicated to helping girls and young women envision and build an empowered future. The organization has reached more than one million teenage girls and women across all 50 states, with 86% of those served being young women of color, many from foster care, homeless, low-income, or crisis-care backgrounds. Through programs like Gifts + Goods, Empowerment Events + Academy, and 1:1 Career Coaching, Project Glimmer works to break cycles of poverty and address gender and racial inequality. By supporting them, we're helping ensure the next generation of young women has the resources and confidence to thrive.
